Talked to live support this morning and they said they will be done refunding account in an hour.... About 2 hours later I try again and they say my account in being investigated or some crap and money will be there soon. I guess you have to push them a little bit. As long as I get a refund I dont care though.

I managed to get the refund credited so I'm happy. Took a few attempts throughout the day via live chat but the last CS representative was great and sorted it all out.

I didn't get mine automatically refunded, so I talked to CS. Spent about 10 minutes with them the first time - they told me to write in an hour. Wrote back an hour later, another 10 minutes - they told me to write in an hour. An hour later wrote back again, took 5 minutes and was all cleared up. I've got my original money back + $50 for refer a friend, I thought they did a fine job, it's obviously not usual to refund a bet, and they took care of it with minimal hassle to me. I'm gonna use the money and try and gamble it up

How long did it take from the time you requested your cashout to the time it hit your neteller account? Also, was the money instantly taken out of your betwwts account, or did it still show the $100 for hours after you did it?

I requested a cashout this morning. When I checked my BetWWTS account a few minutes ago, the $100 was still there.

Money was back in my account Tuesday with no help from CS needed. I cashed out to Neteller and I think there was a message saying it would be 24-48 hours. I don't know if the pending withdrawal was reflected in my balance or not. It arrived at my Neteller account a little over 24 hours later and I got an E-mail from them telling me it was there.
