[ QUOTE ]
On a Monday, I was arrested.
On a Tuesday, they locked me in the jail.
On a Wednesday, my trial was attested.
On a Thursday, they said 'Guilty!' and the judge's gavel fell.

I got stripes, stripes around my shoulders.
I got chains, chains around my feet.
I got stripes, stripes around my shoulders,
And them chains, them chains, they're about to drag me down.

On a Monday, my Mama come to see me.
On a Tuesday, they caught me with a file.
On a Wednesday, I'm down in solitary.
On a Thursday, I start on bread and water for a while.

I got stripes, stripes around my shoulders.
I got chains, chains around my feet.
I got stripes, stripes around my shoulders,
And them chains, them chains, they're about to drag me down.

PS: 'Baum, (henceforward the OFFICIAL DIMUNITIVE), don't you know anybody who DOESN'T suck?

"I just read Chuck Klosterman's book Killing Yourself to Live. I enjoyed it, but I disagreed with everything he said about anything. Plus I read it as if Dids were narrating it...I clearly spend too much time on 2+2."

Explain to me how this works since I assume you've never heard my voice.

Little bit scared right now.

fwiw, the second I read his post, I thought, "Wow, dids is a dead-ringer for Klosterman."

The whole assigning voices to internet posters thing is a little weird though. You'd have to be the Man of 1000 Voices to pull that off; I'm nowhere near imaginative - or too lazy - for that.

GA, what voice do I have?

No I read your posts in the voice of Chris Parnell when he's rapping.

But I do assume that everyone on the internet is either

Despite not being retarded I always associate you with Henry Earl, therefore you sound like a grumpy but distinguished old black man, like the grandpa on the Cosby show.

That's the worst. Why on earth do people feel the need to drop the "We need to talk" bomb at times during which they can't talk? They're just interested in assuaging their own conscience without regard to the dread they impose on others.

I'm getting married this weekend, having avoided all manner of falling giant beer cans while working on favors, slideshows, and table identification cards.

Whoa. Hoiw long have you been engaged? How did you ask her? How long were you dating? How do you feel with the date so imminent?

Maybe its just because I'm living with a girl I'm pretty much certain to marry, but to whom I'm not engaged, but I'm really interested. If there's enough content you could start another thread.
