They know about bonuswhores.com or whatever and how THAT affects takeup rates. Hell, they even know how many people will take up a bonus if a recording of Mike Sexton calls them on the phone once an hour on the hour until they pick up, and tells them they have the greatest bonus evar!!! waiting in their email.
