The support has been given no information about what is going on, just to tell anyone asking about the Monday Night Madness bet to come back tomorrow to speak with a manager.

It is a little frustrating that no one has been given the information. I have logs from customer support saying that my bet applied, etc. There should be no problem, yet why are we being asked to speak with a manager?

I think it has to do with them taking a little longer to give the manual refunds then they expected. Does it show sp3ctr3 that your bet is still pending or is it graded already?
