From what I have heard, it is mostly 2+2ers there for the 100% rakeback. Whether that means it is good or bad depends on your perspective. |

I would say that the games would be tighter and more aggressive than the average poker site(not full of 2+2ers). If you are new to poker, this could end up being a bad situation for you. But, if you are a solid poker player, but just new to 2+2, it could be that 100% rakeback at WPEX is better than some/most rakeback options.
If it were me, I would sign up at a few rakeback sites in addition to WPEX. Then, I would put in a few thousand hands at each site over the course of a month to get a feel for the games and other things like hands/hour, interface, # of tables, game traffic at my limit etc, and go from there. Hope that helps. Cup |

The other good thing about that site is they are making the 12 tabling semi-bots running their heads up displays angry by the way they offer hand histories. This will be very good for the quality and fun factor of the games at the site. The 12 tablers on auto pilot don't like the fact that they will have to play real poker instead of just calling rasing and folding when their heads up display tells them too.
Other sites should follow wpex's groundbreaking lead and foil the 12 tabling semi-bots as well. |
