When I am doing something like on the PC or watching TV or anything, it seems like when I come out of concentration, the hand I'm not actively using is clenched into a fist. I really cannot control it it seems. I spread my palms out and it feels weird.
Is this a physical problem? |

I love to pick scabs, hangnails, etc. Last winter I got really bad cracked skin on my heels and couldnt stop picking at the cracks. I also have a terrible habit of picking at the skin on my lip (Mike Scioscia does this all the time if you ever watch him).
I also do a "camera right, camera left" thing with my eyes when I'm watching TV, closing one at a time to see what the view is like from each eye. I'll also close one eye and turn my head so the edge of my nose is on the edge of the TV (or whatever else I'm looking at). My wife gives me constant crap about that. |

My right hand always gets REALLY cold. My circulation is terrible. I would like to improve this if anyone has had similar problems. Like, my right hand literally aches to the bone constantly. My left one is not as bad.

Another one:
When I'm playing a video game with points, I imagine I'm playing it on a game show on tv. And for, say every 100 points, I'd win $1, or $100, or whatever seems to makes sense in my head. So if I was playing Super Mario, getting a mushroom (1000pt) would be like winning $10. I am weird. |

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I can't watch embarassing moments on TV especially on sitcoms...if a character gets in an embarassing situation I have to change the channel. One of the many reasons I can't watch Friends: that's the plot of every episode. [/ QUOTE ] Me too. I never made it all the way through that video (used to be on Ebaum's) of a college TV station, where the poor sports anchor just butcher's his segment. [/ QUOTE ] Boom goes the dynamite! |

[ QUOTE ] When a passenger of a car, I'll look out the window, and imagine a big stick figure running on top of the trees or buildings or whatever is outside. [/ QUOTE ] Wow, I spent alot of time doing this as a kid from the backseat of the minivan. Mostly I imagined the guy doing acrobatic things on the utility lines. [/ QUOTE ] YEA!!! Not necessarily a guy, but a stick or something jumping on the trees, buildings, etc....if a tree or street light is tall enough to cover the entire car window vertically, the guy/stick gets smooshed. |

[ QUOTE ]
I stand in front of my underwear drawer in the morning and I pick the pair of boxers that "speaks to me". Sometimes this takes a couple of minutes because none of them "feels" right. [/ QUOTE ] lol. I do the same thing. Also, I am going to go against the tide and say I love embarrasing moments on TV. I giggle like a little girl at shows like Punk'd and the now defunct Jamie Kennedy show. I also need to take off all my clothes when I go #2. Yes, I know there was a Seinfeld episode on it. |

[ QUOTE ]
Anyways, I started imagining I have this rocket launcher that pops out from under the hood, and would shoot at people who cut me off. I make this sound, "Psssssshhhhhhhhhh" to mimic the sound of the rocket flying off at its target. It calms me down, and keeps the blood pressure out of the red zone. My wife is even used to it, and will make the same sound automatically. [/ QUOTE ] "He took a duck to the face at 20 knots" I can't be outside of my car with the engine running and the doors closed without having the window open. When I get a meal on a plate with multiple parts (i.e. chicken/potatoes/greenbeans or something) I have to eat one part completely before moving onto the next. I've heard thats pretty common tho. |
