I'd be even more inclined not to tell him then. If her "past" was when she was 18, and she was 21 now, I'd be leery about it. People change by the time they're almost 30. I know I did some dumb stuff in my college years.

Pull here aside sometime and tell her that there are some "nasty rumours" going around about her and her sexual escapades in the past. Tell her that you have heard it from a few sources now and it may make it back to your buddy in the future (but not from you). Tell her she may want to "prepare" him in case these rumours make it back to him. Just go about it in such a way that she understands you aren't judging her but should let your buddy in on it.
