Don't have the game in a strip mall where all the stores are closed at night, and therefore there should not be twenty cars in the parking lot. Location is key. Keep it small (2, maybe 3 tables) and you should be okay. I know you may be thinking bigger, but trust me, you can make a lot of money running two tables.
