Default Pokerloco stole 1100 from me

I had a withdrawl for 1100 usd and i've also lost a huge some of money. Pokerloco.com seized my money from the withdrawl and told me i have to fax them id which i did. Been three bloody months and now support wont even write me back. I have confirmation they've received my id and documents. They have no excuse for not paying and i just feel frusterated. Have to warn people about how they rip me off.

I would write them an email telling them that they better give you your money back or you will post on every single major forum about what they've done and you will ensure that they lose out on more than $1,100 because you are going to be a vindictive bastard about ruining their reputation. Tell them that you will tie up their customer service with emails every day demanding your money back and, out of principle, you will work extremely hard to damage their good name to every poker player who will listen (and it will be alot of us). Ask them if it's worth your $1,100 to lose out on thousands of dollars in rake all thanks to your negative publicity. Make sure your emails to them from now on are angry, sarcastic (but still with a hint of politness), and clearly state that you don't want to deal with their low-level customer service reps, but their managers who are actually capable of making decisions and don't simply have to follow protocol. They are on thin ice and are about to see what 1 angry poker player can do to their business. The ball is in their court now, it is up to them how much they want to lose.

No offense but I wouldn't expect any less than this if I played on a site called "Pokerloco".. Just go to Stars and you'll never have a problem.

Stick to the bigger sites.

There are now 200+ sites, and i'd say at least 25% of these will dry up within a year. And when they do, they'll steal money. You have no recourse either. They are all based in foreign countries with seedy governments.
