Is this standard? Furthermore, is it optimal?

I make it 500. Pushing is fine aswell, but may lose you a little value.

You say KK, but it looks like you have AKs. It seems like a better push with AKs, but either is fine. I love you too.

Do you then fold to a repush from any of the limpers? Cont bet all reasonable flops/all flops?

I would probably raise 5-6xBB, but all-in preflop is good as well.
