Butler has the button, expect him to change gears by taking his time in folding. AC makes it 600k. He's been pretty aggro preflop on this level. Kim folds. Gold folds, accidentally showing Ace-rag. Flop Kh-Qs-Jd Crowd goes nuts. AC bets, Kim folds.
