Vorhaus' blog said there was only one spade in Einhorn's hand.

Man, this is becoming even more of a donkfest than it was before. Some of these plays with big Ms are just horrendous.

[/ QUOTE ]

Maybe they think that this is the WPT.

WTF is up with Einhorn's call of Holmes' all in with a gutshot and an overcard?

[/ QUOTE ]

It was a good call. He was getting 3-2 pot odds. Holms could have a draw or be bluffing the low paired flop. Einhorn was putting in 40% of the money and had a 27% win chance as is.

If Cunningham can hang in there with a decent stack, he might be able to win against these internet maniacs.

Yes, we are... if the action really went that way, its a [carebear] stupid play.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think it's much more likely that the pre-flop action isn't being reported in full. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these hands were blind/button hands, for example.

Trying to analyze these hands is pointless, because every player on 2+2 who has been covered by Cardplayer usually comes back later and says they butchered the hands. Why assume anything today is correct?

The Ms keep going up. At a 7-handed table, the average stack has an M of ~ 36.

Or put the guy on some wide hand range, and that probably gets over 40% pretty easily.
