I missed the beginning but I play it the same way so far. Button's raise doesn't look so good. I go into call down mode here and expect to be beat a lot of the time. The pot is just too big to fold though.

I probably call down but I definitly call down way to much.

I dont really think top pair is the best hand at this point.

*grunch*

well it could have been worse but just as I suspected we now have MP2 between the reraiser and yourself. I have to go with the gut feeling here and try to isolate hoping my AQ against the limping button is enough but QT looks like a real possibility with the button.

If hero calls the raise MP2 (I think I said MP3 last post but I meant MP2) can raise and button can cap so it gets back to me having to call two bets again. I can't get away from TPTK with this pot size even with 3 outs, so I have to hope that 3 betting knocks out MP2 and that the button slows down now thinking I have a set. Worse case I am no worse off than calling. Best case I get them both to fold and win the hand. Likely case MP2 leaves button caps and I call.

If MP2 check raises in this spot it's an easy fold.

Also, your strategy has us checking on the river, which means he will probably bet. You are out of position.

I don't think you're pussy. I want a showdown here too and I don't want to pay off a slowplayed set or QT. There isn't a huge amount here that the button can have that we like. Paying five bets to find that out doesn't strike me as a great idea.

I would much rather fold then 3-bet the turn. Hell folding might even be better then calling....
