The difference between Ivey and Cloutier is Ivey has really only been around like 6 years or something wheras Cloutier has been a tournament force for like 20 years or something.

If there was a thread called "greatest basketball player to never win a title" LeBron James would be a stupid vote because he isn't even 1/3rd of the way through his career.

that fact that he hasn't won, with all the chip dumping, smacks of quite the opposite.

Jeff Madsen is good, but to say he's the best to never win the ME? That's pretty far-stretched.

Until Reese proves he's a top no limit holdem tournament player (and by top, I mean at Ivey's level of proof), it's rather presumptuous to put him up there ahead of T.J. cloutier.

ok....how do i put this?
cloutier and reese dont belong anywhere near each other in any discussion about poker. if reese would have commited himself to NLHE tournys as much has TJ has for the last 85 bazillion years, reese's results would be 50 times as substantial.

Yeah...it's a running joke from an earlier thread.
