Perhaps Israel shouldn't be dropping bombs if they can't be sure they'll hit what they intend. Hence the special forces comment I made. Do SWAT officers lob frag grenades at someone holding a gun to someone else's head?

I think the Israelis just don't give a damn. If they kill some terrorists, great. If they kill civilians and non-combatants, oh well.
