I would like to see an online site offer a game of Inbetween (aka, Acey-Deucey etc.). Make each player ante and go around the table allowing people to make bets up to the size of the pot (or 0.5 their stack).

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet...

I think the multi table tournaments become an all in fest to quickly. I think 1500 chips are fine to start with but would like to see the 10 minute levels made at least 15 minutes long.

My two dimes,

a) Smaller tables would be great. I made the mistake of buying a 19" monitor with max. resolution of 1280 x 1024 so more than one table open means overlap. 3 tables open is a real bit of visual gymnastics. I imagine that many recreational players have similar technologcal limitations. A smaller table would really help more players play more games. The UltimateBet.com miniview is a great model.

b) Tournies with longer times between levels would be handy. Your current structure could be the baseline but there should be an option where there are 15 or 20 minute levels.

c) A higher dollar level tourney than the 5K event should prove popular. Even if its once a month, it would be nice to have the opportunity to drag in a large win.

d) short breaks (say 3-5 minutes) would be useful every hour and a half or two hours or so of tourney play. The capacity of the human bladder is finite.

e) that the 5K tourney event is only offered during the day on weekends may be limiting the pool. Having such events on weeknights would be very convenient.

e) I have no objection to the way hand histories are collected. I prefer that it not be as easy to datamine the games and see no good reason to supported HUDs and the like. While I'd use them if supported, I prefer an environemnt where there's a more level playing field for those not leaning on technology for their game decisions.

f) the pop-up you get on logging in is unspeakably tedious and annoying. Pop-ups are spam and you're spamming your own playing base. I'd love to hear the rationale for the pop-up.

g) you really owe it to your loyal, honest playing base to take a hard line against those who cheated other players through the blind exploit. There are many players who had their cheating both documented and reported who continue to play with impunity on the site. This is the only substantial complaint I have about WPX and the one issue that made me discontinue recommending the site to recreational players. It is an affront to see known cheaters freely play on your site.

I can handle and excuse a random disconnect while holding top set or being unable to log onto a tourney table for forty minutes (both of which have happened). I cannot excuse the site taking a soft stance against cheaters.

Your support staff said many times that action would be taken and that players would be banned. They also mentioned that the affected players would receive compensation for the damage incurred from the cheaters. Neither has happened. the way WPX handled the blind exploit and those who were the exploiters is very disappointing.

Good luck in building the site.

At least three or four others reported Action_AJ. d10 went so far as to send in his PokerTracker stats to prove that the guy was skipping the blinds and yet Action_AJ, the poster boy for this cheating, plays on.

I sent his name as one of the players as well. What you all don't seem to understand is that WPEX does not care. After lengthy email exchanges, I came to this conclusion. As far as receiving anything back. They flat out told me that it was not going to happen. To date, I have heard nothing from 'technical', and nothing regarding my situation. Their claims as to looking into it were simply a stall tactic as I had originally stated. They NEVER looked into my situation at all, only made comments based on email exchanges.

Cheaters cheat... That is what they do. When one way of cheating is closed they look to new ways. Since WSEX is unable to stop even the simpliest most basic/obvious ways I would expect cheaters to flock to the site. While this is probably not very relevant to small stakes player, players playing 10/20 and above should, at a minimun, be cautious playing at this site and at a maximum should not even consider playing there.

100% rakeback is a strong lure, but I am not going to wonder if every limp-reraise is legit or merely a tactic being used by colluders.
