Paradise Poker 5/10 Hold'em (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)
Unfortunately, I have no read on my opponent. Preflop: Hero is SB with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] . 2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, 3 folds, Hero completes, BB checks. Flop: (4 SB) T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] , 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] , 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players) Hero bets, BB folds, MP1 calls, MP2 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP1 folds, MP2 caps, Hero calls. Turn: (6.50 BB) 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, MP2 checks. River: (6.50 BB) Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, MP2 checks. Final Pot: 6.50 BB |

I play it the same way. Were you betting a non-heart river?

Your play looks good to me chess.
I assume you were planning on check/calling the turn? And I wouldn't bet out on this river card, either. If the player is sane (which is a big assumption since he is an unknown), you only have JT beat by the river. Haupt_234 |

Looks good.
I can't put him on a hand, but AT, KT, 64, and 75 all seem w/in the realm of possibility. The flop-cap/turn-check is interesting: is he possibly good enough buy a free card with TPBadK (say JT, T8, etc)? I'm with Haupt, c/c that river. The flush card + overcard + flop aggression gets a check out of me, too. NH. |

This is a standard raise for me preflop.
Postflop looks good, although an alternate line would be to bet the turn with the intention of folding to a raise. If not raised on the turn then checking a non-heart river to induce a bluff or betting a heart river and folding to a raise. |

I normally don't pfr this preflop, but I think you are right that a raise is good. Your equity is good. It's great to keep it 3 handed, and you buy some nice fold equity if an ace falls.

With that Cap he's got a set or A6 suited hearts.
but those checkes on turn and river mean over pair, TPTK, or straight draw. I like the 3 bet on the flop |

CP, you should tell us all the reads in OP.
If MP1 and MP2 are nits it obviously changes things a lot even if they aren't involved in postflop action. If they are just random TAGs then what do you think their hand range is when they openlimp and overlimp are? And how does KTs do against those hands in pokerstove (plus BB's mostly random hand most of the time)? |
