Need a book on limit tournaments?

I'm learning to play limit hold'em cash games fairly well and want to start playing limit tournaments but can't find any books on the subject. They're all for the no limit tournaments. Any suggestions? Is this because their not necessary for limit tournaments? Thanks.

I´ve found the section on Limit Holdem tournament in "Play Poker like the Pros" from Phil Helmuth quite useful (but don´t read the section on LHE cashgames, it´s extremely flawed). There is also an article series from Al Spath on bet-the-pot.com (might be betthepot.com).
