Just out of curiosity, what's the way to handle discovering a card is marked? I assume that you should wait for the end of the hand or until you are about to muck so that they don't have to expose your hand or anything, right?

Is all this marking possibly intentional? Or is it just wear and tear from use? Are players being super careless? Are they better at spotting marks than most? I'm very confused as to how this much marking could be taking place. |

I think this event is just the pre poker boom pro's way of trying to retake the main event. At the end of the day I expect most of them are sponsored into this event by their site/backers so its really not a true showing of a poker champion. Yeah you can play all the games, but if it aint with your own money it means nothing.

pretty unbelievable, these people put up 50 dimes to play in a tourny with this marked bullsh|t.
if anyone had any doubt until now [which i dont think anyone did] that the WSOP doesnt give the slightest semblance of a sh|t about the players, and only about their bottom line, this should remove all doubt. |
