I just won a few hundred bucks at the Orleans, last night...so I think I'll play in this today. Direct buy in. Wish me luck!

I've heard Hachem say that he intended to play this event, but he's still alive in the $2K Pot Limit too (22 players left). Looks like he'll have a decision to make about the $50K.

I didnt see sam farha on that list. I'm assuming he is playing in it. 50K buy-in chump change to him and plus he is pretty good at some other games I hear.

Greenstein implied on his player review of Sammy that he is basically awful at many of the limit games, especially at a full table.

I imagine Sammy still wouldn't have a problem taking a shot, but this wouldn't be a smart investment.

Anyone know how many chips they start with? Cardplayer says 1000, but I'm sure that is wrong

H.O.R.S.E. Ready at the Gates
Chips are on the tables for the H.O.R.S.E. event, awaiting the 12 pm PST start time, and there certainly are a lot of them. $50,000 in chips await the players when they sit for the tournament's start in just 22 minutes time.

How long will it take Cardplayer to post the accurate number of entrants?
