[ QUOTE ]
Chris - Could the debate on the vote to consider the bill also be used to see what strategy is going to be used in the debate for the passage of the bill? [/ QUOTE ] You'll hear the same crap in the debate on the bill that you heard during the debate on the rule. In fact, you'll probably hear it from the same people. |

Leach is asked if there is evidence the sites are fixed.
He says: "There's not a lot of knowledge about this." |

Now they're talking about the "fixed" or rigged issue regarding online casinos. Leach said that an offshore outfit may not pay out for days but the money shows up in your account to tempt you to bet more. Um...yeah...I always got my money within 24 hours so he's the "expert" but hasn't done anything to show it (except for the older folks or ignorant folks that don't know anything.)
The appearance of the Lehigh student comes back again. When I teach persuasive argument, using anecdotes without concrete evidence doesn't bolster the argument at all. In fact, for every Lehigh student, there is the normal/well-adjusted person who can gamble online and live reasonably. |

I like the people they have calling in. These guys should handle the debates instead of the PPA guy.

So, the Amendment will be debated AFTER the bill is voted on?
