This is impossible to assume b/c the more you play the better you will get via experience.

If you are simply asking what kind of an ROI you could expect if you jumped straight to the 109s, Id say barely BE at best. Most of what you learn is through starting basic and playing with a basic kind of player. As you move up, the plyrs start to progressively turn more and more TAGish and advanced. This is when you have to develop better methods to exploit other weakness's (skill through experience). Dont get me wrong, there are still tons of fish at every level, but I think you get the point.
