[ QUOTE ]
Is it possible to run some kind of pipe from your spot to the douchebag's spot so that his spot gets flooded instead? [/ QUOTE ] This would be awesome. Or somehow move his car into your spot when it is flooded. |

[ QUOTE ]
If I had to waste a few minutes manuevering my car to get out of my spot because somebody decided to park whereever he wanted, I'd be pretty pissed. [/ QUOTE ] If it took you a few minutes you should probably learn to work a vehicle. |

A smidgen of dog sh*t under his car door handles won't solve the situation, but it will make you feel better.

It's pretty clear that the guy who left the note is an [censored].
However, how is it that you haven't made a lot more noise over your parking spot being regularly flooded? Don't be so gullible with management like this. |

[ QUOTE ] Why not get your landlord to fix your drainage problem or change your spot to one that doesn't flood? [/ QUOTE ] every spot is taken, they tell me the drainage problem is actually something wrong with the pipes and sewers outside my building, so it's the cities problem to fix and not the management company for my building. [/ QUOTE ] So what if it's the city's problem? You are paying the building owner for that spot. |

update:
first, the flooding problem has been getting worked on almost every day for the past 2 weeks, this part of hoboken is probably below sea level and the whole street outside my building is getting flooded very badly too. there is some sort of major problem with the sewage and drainage. second, i replied with my own note, i kept it polite and briefly explained the situation with my spot and that it did not appear to me that i was blocking him in. and that if it was such a big problem he should just have had me towed instead of writing a tough guy letter. i also put my name and apt # on the bottom. third, he put another note on my car, telling me he is still in a bad mood over this and some other things. it didn't have the tough guy tone. but it's getting pretty lame at this point, he wrote a tough guy letter and i called him out on it and instead of knocking on my door he left me another note. |
