It is unfortunate posters don't exert as much energy on strategy as they do in the other forums. Toning down and eliminating some of the subforums could be very good for this. OOT should stay of course, but limiting it some is not a bad thing.

[/ QUOTE ]I beg to differ: 2+2 has improved and beyond my expectations, for what it's worth. I was certain that 2+2 was not going to ride the online poker craze but it seems to be doing a lot of the right things lately. The expansion of the various pages in the left frame is an indicator of wisening up. Kudos to management.

As to the the drop in quality which Mason worries about, well, the quantity of daily hits has gone up (what?) 10, 20 times since three years ago? When a website gets so large, the percentage of miscreants increases a bit, as well. Not by the same magnitude, of course, but still the "unpleasantness" seems to be "getting out of hand".

That's just the noise of success.
