my bad. the history content, while unread by me, is by all accounts fantastic and should be encouraged.

i'm more a historical figures type myself, with a focus on society's trends, etc, etc, but a good battle post is always a good thing.

i should point out that while i didn't ninja-bump it, a lot of the points i made still hold true, and the timing of the ninja-bump is probably a good one

I don't see this forum at all like your OP any more, and I like it better how it is now than what you propose in there.


I like the weekend games, the occasional light thread. It's not like they crowd out the deeper longer threads.

I personally think we've got a great medium.


I do wish some of the regulars would start more threads though.

Do people have anxieties about starting threads in here, may I ask?
