No, I was only talking about the decision to offer Elaine a modship - I misread your last post. I don't think that decision alone necessarily signifies that they "don't have a clue what they're doing." A little nepotism is present in just about every company.

I hope you had a enjoyable vacation.

Sometimes saying goodbye can be hard for all of us, even when it is for the best. I think you will find that once the initial hurt and rejection subside you will be able to move on to one of the many other forums which are available to you. Elaine you have many special gifts and if OOT can't see them, then you should go find a forum that will. Might I suggest The Quiet Zone, which I have heard wonderful things about.
