i think hand 2 is a push considering that he can make this play with any two cards and be profitable

if thats the only reason, then that's pretty awful reasoning. Just because someone "should" or "could" do something doesn't mean that their actions are necessarily reflective of that.

well obviously, but you are saying he should call because if he doesn't he is being too easily exploited in these spots right? since his flop betting range is huge, but very few of those hands can call a raise, thus its an easy bluffing spot. But if this is the case then how bad a hand are you willing to take a stand with?

Hand 1- It would be a good fold on the flop and an easy one on the turn.
Hand 2- PUSH. If you are going to raise 6-4s UTG and then hit 2 pair, how many better flops are you looking for? Your play is consistent with a C-bet from A-K looking to take it down. SB has a medium pair or FD.

This is wrong. Many people are afraid to cont bet AK when the action isn't heads up. It's highly unlikely he's trying to bluff raise you off "AK" and the caller off his hand. People play more straight forward in multi way pots. You will almost never see a mid pair here. This is either a set, 65, a straight, or some sort of decent draw. The only time you're good is when villain has 54 but I wouldnt count on it. You're margainally ahead of or crushed by most of his range
