Against DUY, hand 1 is terrible. Probably fold to the turn bet, if you dont fold on the flop.

In hand 2, it seems like the best case scenario is that you get it in as a very slight favorite, and the worst case scenario is that you get it in drawing to 2-4 outs. I think your play is reasonable.
