Driving under the influence should not be a crime unless you crash into something or someone.

Taxation is wrong and society could do just fine without it.

Rich people are heroes even if they are bad people.

"Higher" by Creed is the best song that's been released in at least 15 years.

"Titanic" is a fantastic movie.

Since DrewDevil deleted his post in the middle of my reply...

Yes. A drunk driver who makes it home without hitting anything hasn't done anything wrong. IMO. A drunk driver who kills someone with his car should get life in prison without parole.

Yes, a drunk driver is "riskier" than a sober driver, but young male drivers, old drivers, tired drivers, cell phone users, etc., etc., are all "riskier" too.

[/ QUOTE ]

Blind drivers are riskier too, that's why they're not allowed to drive--like drunk people.

Brave New World is better than 1984.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow. Just wow. Brave New World is up there with The Fountainhead as one of the worst novels I've read.

- Pre-Rubber Beatles are just as good as post.
- Batman Begins was okay but not close to the ones Burton made.
- DVC the movie was very entertaining (unsure if this qualifies).
- Sushi is good but way, way, way overrated here.
- Chicken McNuggets are the best fast food item there is.

I always prefer small breasts to large ones.

Most of the Maxim style pinup girls are far too homogenous to be attractive or interesting. They are completely interchangable.

Pop music (Top 40) today is certainly no worse than it ever was, and much better than many other eras.

Believing in homeopathy, alternative medicine, astrology, or the power of crystals makes you an idiot, and you might just be an undiagnosed retard.

I'm not sure what the consensus on Jay-Z's albums are in OOT, but I'm guessing "The Blueprint" is considered his best. I'd rank it second, below "The Black Album," with "Reasonable Doubt" coming in third.

[/ QUOTE ]

Reasonable Doubt is vastly superior to The Black Album, and a fair bit better than Blueprint

"Toxic" by Britney Spears was one of the best singles of 2004.

The Rock could be a very good actor and a great action star, if he was given better movies to do.

All three Die Hard movies are great. The first and third are actually great, and the second is so ridiculously bad that it's great.
