Default $33speed - AQ 5 handed

Raiser was not a donk from what I have seen, and made the same raise the last 2 orbits. I mucked AT the last orbit(bad?), and I wanted to throw this away, but I thought I still had some FE vs him. Should I muck this since my stack is so nice, and I have great pushing position on the SB and BB.

When you say you mucked AT, do you mean when the pot was unopened? If so, yes I'd say thats pretty bad and you should have at least put in a raise.

On to the hand in question. For me this is a standard repush, but I could see it being a fold if the raiser is particularly tight. You are a slight favorite if his range is 66+,A8s+,KTs+,QJs,ATo+,KJo+. How do you think his actual range would compare?

In origional post I was refering to after his 1800 raise, I threw away ATo. Sorry for not being clear.

I would think his raising range would be somewhere around what you gave, probebly a little tighter, not much though. I would like to hear others thoughts. I still think its a reshove, but its close.

You got great equity, almost on the bubble.. Not a good time to start pushing the only stack that has you covered with AQo. He raised 3bb which is quite much for this level. With 1800+900+5401=8101 in the pot, him having to call 5401-1800= 3601, gives him 1:2.25 pot odds in which case he has to call with almost all hands he raises with from that position.
IMO your FE in this situation is nihil, and your hand vs. his raising range is not likely to be more in favor then a coinflip.
I fold this.

Thanks for the good response. When i thought i had FE vs him was because many $33ers dont know what pot odds are and will make this fold if they think "they are beat". Is there any merit for calling this raise becuase we have good position?

Calling is terrible, dont even think about it. If he made the same raise the last 2 orbits, i would push this without thinking twice.

Folding AT is fine. I'm not sure if I'm folding this one, if he has raised as many hands, but at the same time, he's raising UTG here, so you have to give him credit for some kind of a hand. Were the earlier raises from typical stealing positions, from button or SB? If he's not a donk and understands the importance of position, I'm more likely to fold.

This is soooo read dependent. I think since you say hes raised like this on the last 2 orbits I push, but its damn close, as you have a pretty nice stack. In a vacuum I fold this quick I think. Readless pushing AK, JJ+, slightly looser with your read.
