He puts in a third of his stack with JT then calls allin with second pair, brilliant

then he said "well at least in the old days Jack ten was a pretty good hand"

This is amazing. He has no concept of how bad he's misplaying his hands. The JTs was a disaster.

And earlier on, he gets mediocre hands in early position, says he can only afford to open-limp with them, but then calls big raises anyway and donks off chips.

And imagine -- if he's one of the better players in these donkaments... man these things have to be goldmines. Why do I never play NL and never play tournaments?

Damn my strict adherence to limit cash games!

If anyone needs some further insight into this expert play, the guy has a website: http://groups.msn.com/PokerNation/

I like the irony in pushing all in at the start of the tournament when the blinds are low with 55, then folding late in the tournament with 55 on the SB to a minraise.

This is so bad I have to think it's a joke.

I especially like when he folds A4s, with small blinds, after 3 limpers in position and a big stack. (I think it was suited, the video was kinda grainy though.)

Was suited and then the flop comes 2 to his folded nut flush. The 55 allin was the best bit though.

Near the end he was was shortstacked and folded 66's to a mini-raise, because his read was "a mini-raiser wants a call, so he must have a preimium hand". Then he pushes J5 suited UTG ahhh sweet.

Fantastic.

I just checked out another of his videos, this one on draw poker: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...p;q=pokerstars

Highlights include: Accidentally folding 4 diamonds instead of the one non-diamond. He then says "Well this is embarrassing. Especially since it's on video".

Later we skip to action in the middle of a hand, he already drew and only has a pair of kings. He calls a pot-size bet. "I think he's bluffing". He shows the nut flush. "That was a bad move on my part".
