Default Percentage of tourney entry that you will spend on satellite attempts

Like the title says, lets say the entry is 10k. What percentage of that 10k would you be willing to lose trying satellites? Would you give up for that tourney after that point, or then buy in?

I was thinking 20 percent was resonable(with the intent of giving up after that), but that was mearly a guess.

Thoughts/Comments?

Thanks,
Evan

For me it's about 150%, and then buy in anyway. It's either profitable to play a satellite or it's not, and that doesn't change just because you lose the first ten in a row.
