If you're taking part in a thread, you're fine. If you just drop in, say something rude without foundation/explanation to a poster taking part, you're not fine. Short/abrupt - no, I won't delete it, but if the whole thread is short stuff (eg a thread with people just listing things without any discussion), I'll most likely move the whole thread to OOT.
