I didn'r read all the responses,
Your diet & drinking habits will both have to change. You simply can't live on pizza, burritos, and all kinds of processed carbohydrate crap and expect to look good. Chop all refined flour and sugar from your diet, switch from beer to liquor+diet soda, and you'll drop the weight guaranteed keep a stock of diet soda around. It'll help you kick a sugar habit. On my shelf I have a bottle of vodka, and a 12 each of diet cranberry, sprite & pomegranate |

Drink whiskey instead of beer. Eat less crap food. Make a commitment to not have that 3am post-drinking sht meal. Exercise like a mofo and don't drink unless you've worked out that day. Meth. |

1. Vodka and lemonade is a good drink. 2. I once lost a lot of weight while still drinking loads. The key was to basically stop eating and get all calories through alcohol. This worked, but I am not sure that it is a great idea. 3. Doing lots of sit-ups will not necessarily get you a visible 6 pack because it will be hidden by fat. 4. Obviously you could ask yourself why giving up or cutting down on alcohol is not an option. You know this. In a sense you are in a better position than many others because you are already not drinking every day. gl |

Probably it's more like 4 and there are weeks when it is 5+. This isnt just drinking either, this is getting wasted and forgetting parts of the night. I could stop but I have a lot of fun (great bars in SD) and I really dont want to. Also there are nights when I dont feel like going out, but a group of friends will call and pressure me into it (I almost always give in when its girls that are trying to convince me to go out) |
