All - Jamie Pressley has been very hot and trashy for quite some time. This isn't really a new revelation.

I've been missing out. This is the first show/movie I've seen with her in it playing a memorable role.

IJaime Pressly does a pretty good job as well.

For some reason, she turns me on on this show. Trashy, blonde, gum-popping... There was one episode where she called someone a fruitcake, in that trashy way, with that accent. I [censored] love it.

[/ QUOTE ]

She's not even the hottest girl on the show.

The character of Patty, the day-time hooker, cracks me up too.

Classic lines:
"It's not the lies that screw up relationships, Earl, it's the finding out."

"Cigarettes don't grown on trees!"

"Earl? Do snakes have fur?"

"We're gonna be richer than 'What you talkin' bout's white daddy."

"You steal enough purses, you learn a few things about mace."

"I don't know why people complain about this asbestos stuff. It doesn't smell so bad."

"Man, I wish I had robot legs. Or robot hands. Robot hands would be cool. With like a knife finger, and a spoon finger, and a fork finger, and a toothbrush finger, and a comb finger, and a bottle opener finger, and a flashlight finger, and a screwdriver finger. But regular thumbs. You gotta have regular thumbs."

"Wakey. Wakey. Hands off snakey."

"I don't care if she's Chinese, Vietnamese or Chucky Cheese."

"I'm not telling Randy, he's afraid of chickens... and the Pope's big hat, but mainly because he thinks there's a chicken under it."

"Being blind is not fun - I don't know why Stevie Wonder smiles all the time."

"I hope you get nut cancer you son of a bitch!"

"This hot dog tastes like zoo."

"Ain't no use running, fool! I know where your mama parks your house."

Passerby: I'll give you $1800 for it if it runs.
Earl: It runs, just not right now. It's out of gas.
Passerby: [pauses] I'll give you $1785 for it.
Randy: Take it Earl! You know this car isn't worth more than $1500!
Passerby: $1500.
Randy: Take it Earl, we're desperate!
Passerby: $1200.

"It's so-so. Don't waste your money." is the epitome of this series.

i'm personally a fan of Jason Lee's work. I eagerly anticipated this season.
it delivered maybe three quality episodes, and however many crap episodes. especially the entire second half of the series.

Its not really worth buying on DVD, i might consider renting it or netflixing it if you had that option - it would be worth $5 or so to watch the few funny episodes but its not "worth" owning.

of course, if you just buy a bunch of movies and don't care about dropping $20 then you could spend $20 on a lot worse...

In terms of good-lookingness, she is far from the best looking on the show. It's the combination of factors (accent, trashiness, attitude, things she says) that makes her the most attractive on the show to me.

The Office is NBC's best comedy, and it isn't even close.

i think the show is very good

the office (both US and UK versions) is still better, but that doesn't mean u can't get My Name Is Earl and enjoy it as well

otherwise, we'd just say "get seasons 4-9 of The Simpsons and the first two seasons of Family Guy" whenever anyone asks about getting any sitcom-on-dvd
