i tried to preorder but the shipping fees were more then the book itself for canada. anyone else have that problem shipping fees arent usualy that high even if it is coming from the US

[/ QUOTE ]

Had the same problem with shipping to the UK, but managed to pre-order from amazon.co.uk, total price including shipping was less than conjelco want for just the shipping . . .

[/ QUOTE ]

Is your order still good? They don't seem to be taking pre-orders at the current time:

Hmm, unfortunately it's not currently possible to pre-order this (or HOH III) on amazon.co.uk at the moment.

I pre-ordered about a month ago. Maybe they have sold out of their initial shipment?

I retract my criticisms. Upon buying the book and seeing it in person it looks a lot better in real life than the posted image would lead you to believe.
My only comment is that the title bumps directly up to the edge of the book and it looks a little odd.

It wasn't what we envisioned... we envisioned more of a margin on the left, but that's the way it came from the printer. Mason, Mat, and I talked about it yesterday, and we came to the conclusion that we think it's fine the way it is. Maybe we'll try to fix it for the next printing.

Oooh yeah, fix it for the next printing. That way all of us early buyers have a collector's item!

Seriously, it doesn't look that bad. I guess one is generally used to seeing a margin like by your names, but it doesn't detract *that* much from the cover.
