Default $10 PP 1st hand, top 2 pair

I know this is a fold preflop, I've been experimenting with a little looser play early. I'm a little lost as to whether I can give him credit for a made hand, the turn could be a scare card for him too, if he has AK. Does he bet a made hand on the turn??

That is a pretty scary card imho. I'm more than ok with a check/fold on the turn... Villain is representing the flush and I see no reason to find out if he's bluffing with what will have to be all of my T1700 stack.

He would probably reraise preflop and on the flop with AK. Looks like it follows some kind of flush or straight line to me. I'd fold and wait for another time.

Limping with KJ pre flop from CO is OK if you can lay it down when you don't hit. Your flop bet looks fine. But why check the turn? By checking you gain no info by checking you gave him the opertunity to bet and represent the flush wether he has it or not, now you have to fold because you are lost in the hand. If you would have put in a bet of 1/2 to 2/3 pot 300-500 then if he reraises you can be confident he has it. Passive play just gets you more questions and hard desisions you are playing in the dark. If you do not want to risk your chips at this point in the tourny then check this down starting at the flop but if you are going to bet top 2 pair with a 2 flush board then you need to get the info on the turn or fold to any flush card.
