Nest time you endorse a check, write "Without Recourse" on the back (which means "it ain't MY fault if it returns"). See how many banks will accept it.

If you have any specific questions please let me know, you dont seem to understand that when the bank gives you money that doesn't exist, you do not have an obligation to give it back.
