I think there are a few guys out there who fit that exact profile. In fact, I might know someone just like that. I think you're likely to have more success finding people like that in the Bay Area and NYC than in LA, though.

But do they get more interested in an exciting flirt or more interested in a serious relationship? I ask because I find that many girls find it exciting and thus want flirt/sex/romance, but they are still a bit sceptical of comitting due to it, so I wondered if you get the same reaction from men.

Like I said earlier, but you must have missed, I believe that a Russian guy, preferably one that is cuddly like a teddy bear, would be a better match for you. Be different, be adventurous. Why date the same old stuffy businessman; go for a rebel, one who suffered under years of oppression in a totalitarian regime.
