I agree with EL D and Catch here. In the end all you have is your character.

I would make it very clear to this lady that I disapproved of her flirtatious behaviour and try to find a tactful way to let my friend know how I felt about his woman's character.

Just ask yourself this? How would you feel if someone saw her flirting with you and told your buddy? No matter how hard you work to convince your friend that you are innocent of any desrespect he is going to look at you differently.

I would decline her invitation because of her inappropriate behaviour.
