Well they're screwing me. 7 days with no reply ... they won't let me cashout and won't explain why. I bombard them with emails, but they will not contact me or send me a phone number.

I've always thought they sucked, but that was just based on the software. Just trying like hell to get out. F' them.

I'm in Vegas now and I'm going to ask Hellmuth for my 7 grand.

I've had no problems whatsoever in 2 weeks. They even are sending me a UPC item from the club.

[ QUOTE ]
I haven't noticed any complaining lately, nor any confirmation that everything is running smooth. Does anyone have any news?

[/ QUOTE ]

My money that was frozen 'at tables' in mid-March has still not been returned to my account after 22 days and roughly 15 emails to support. None of these emails have even been replied to. I have just forwarded them email #15 one hundred times. Hopefully this will prompt some sort of response.

If you are happy for them to indefinitely confiscate your money without warning and then ignore you, then by all means play UB.

Once a site spooks me one time, forget them forever. Any reputable gambling site should always respond to my e-mails to them. They should always pay out immediately. Ultimatebet does neither. They are a shady outfit.

I've been multitabling 5 tables at a time with occasional sit n gos and tourneys. No issues at all for me. Haven't withdrawn in a while, though.

I was debating doing the B$ reload. Thought about for a bit, realized I was only playing a few hundred hands a month and only when I reloaded. Have a ton of B$ there stacked up for a rainy day.

When that sunk in I decided to just withdraw all my funds from UB. Had money on there continously for almost two years. Cashout took about 36 hours, fairly standard.

Have the option to go back at some point. Right now, no. Might use some ultimate points for a tourney or two if I want to goof off sometime.
