I think everything is fine now. Last month I had to wait three weeks for a cashout and posted about it here, to find out that lots of players had similar problems. But since then I've started playing there again, made a couple small cashouts, and got them within a couple days with no problems like it used to be. Other players problems seem to have been resolved as well, judging by the lack of "UB is screwing me over" posts these days. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

They crashed the 5:40 Aruba freeroll last nite after three hands. It took them twenty minutes to decide to tell us. I think they are still under attack.

I was just trying to install UB and it would not install????Would gat hung up at different stage all 4 times I tried...

I made the decision after withdrawing my funds that I would not go back. At least not until they at least show that their software is stable. They have not shown that.
Also their bonus program is terrible, you get nothing as a tournament player, like you would on Stars. So I believe that for myself and many others, if they want us back they need to inquire what it will take to get us back. But nothing will work as long as they have the crummy software they now employ. Good luck. |

Nothing has changed.
Random freeze up and crashes. Nothing like having your table frozen in MTT while the rest is playing. Atleast they just got UltimateBuddy working |
