Its a quote from a video game with a mistake of "All your base are belong to us".
I was going to deposit into Empire for the April06 bonus but i held back, glad I did because with RB gone, there is really no reason to play there if its just Party anyway. I guess the old Empire account is only good for one thing, and thats DMing.
