Best episode so far. Antonio plays suprising well.

Hellmuth is great for the show.

Love how table bursts out laughing when barry raises him after he almost gets by the entire table.

If a player isn't afraid of Ts but is of Qs perhape he has JJ. Antonio just about showed him his cards it's was about as good a read on PH with the weak A.

I am not imprssed with the play of most of these players but the money is huge. Makes me wonder if this is a real game of some sort of set up TV they are playing like guys who have made a deal for the tournament cash and just playing for fun.

I, too, have gained a lot of respect for Antonio, he is showing a lot of class IMO and some fine play...mixing it up and attacking Phil with the 10-5 certainly helped.

Really enjoy watching Daniel (and Jen) play. Great lineup, more, more!

The Harmon vs Negraneau hand was interesting. I wonder why Daniel raised preflop and then went into check/call mode when he flopped a good hand for that board.

I'm just astounded at how badly Hellmuth plays. Those 1/5 to 1/8 pot bets that get nothing done, the constant "never let me win a pot" bitching (why should they when you're so easy to push around anyway?)
I mean, I'm kind of an internet tournament donkey but watching that makes me think I could beat him.

Obviously, since we don't see every hand, this may not be as frequent as it seems, but Daniel seems to call a ton of preflop reraises with marginal to downright bad hands. That 64s hand vs Chan and KTs vs Antonio hand he put himself in awkward positions postflop when he flopped middle or bottom pair. I guess he doesn't want to start folding to reraises so players don't do it more often to him. I won't criticize the style of a world-class player, but I think 99% of poker players would go broke quickly making calls like that.
