Default Three holes in my game?

I'm trying to plug some holes and would love comments on any of the following three hands. Roughly, they can be categorized as follows:

1) Calling a river bet with a good but non-nut hand; I burn dough here like my wife at a Neiman's sale;

2) Punishing the draw; not sure I'm hammering hard enough; and

3) Playing the nuts from the flop.

Comments on any and all streets appreciated. I'll give my thinking on each.

#1 Calling the river bet.

In this hand, villain has recently reloaded after I stacked him with a set of 5s v his two pair. No real reads, but he's been showing decent hands. When he called the flop and checked the turn, I strongly suspected TT, and at the river, I figured I was probably beat, but maybe splitting with another AKo. As I said, I think I burn money in these situations. Results aside, I think it was a lousy call and would love comments on all streets including the PF re-raise from the SB.

#2 Punishing the draw. In this little beauty, villain is kind of a crappy player, showing down junk. I wanted to punish the draw but not chase him away. I'm wondering if I'm letting players hang around too long when I've got a good but vulnerable hand. Results aside, do I shove the turn? Again, any comments welcomed.

#3 Flopping the nuts. In this last one, I lead out with the nuts, hoping someone has a good hand and will play back trying to push off draws. I have decent luck with this strategy, but get enough folds to my leads to have a closer look. Comments?
