Maybe it's UPS' fault. The only time I had a problem with Buy.com was when UPS lost my package in transit. It wasn't Buy.com's fault that UPS couldn't do its job. I did have to wait 3 weeks just to make sure the package wasn't late, then Buy.com resent a new package (at their expense). |
