If he likes to call with crappy hands then you have made the pot large when you are ahead of his range and can valuebet the crap out of him. A player like this shouldn't be that hard to play out of position.

By the way, I like a bet here on the turn unless he is a complete showdown muppet. I think a smallish turn bet ($45 or so) with the intention of shoving any river is sexier then a shove.
