Do maniacs fold floats to a second barrel when a queen hits?
 

I'm playing nit at this table. Villain has pretty much just been loose/ bad. That said, how do I play this turn?

Check and see what happens.

Don't 3-bet preflop OOP unless you're pretty sure he's gonna fold which doesn't seem to be the case here.

shove? wtf? you really want to shove 125 bb's into a complete donk station with a flsuh draw when the pot is only 75bb's right now??

just check and see what he does. this guy is likely to check behind, and if he does bet its very possible he makes it something stupid amount that you will have odds to call. then you can stack him if you hit on the river.
and if he makes a real bet just fold ffs.

also bet less on flop

This is just the kind of flop a bad-ish LAG will float or call light, and firing a big 2nd barrel is going to make it hard for a lot of things to continue here.

That is, unless villain is the kinda bad-loose that goes to showdown anytime he flops a decent top pair on the flop. Then check and see what happens is probably best.
