Apply for another card.

[/ QUOTE ]

The interest on credit card debt sucks major ass, and there are usually fees for cash advances as well. If you can find a card with very low to no interest for a year, then this would be an okay method. Borrowing directly from a family member would be best. If you feel weird borrowing from them directly, going to a bank and getting a family memeber with steady income to cosign a loan would be the next best option.

[/ QUOTE ]

Having a family member cosign is not an option, since they live thousands of miles away and I might as well just borrow directly from them. I've lived without my parent's financial help for over 10 years so I'd rather not go down that road.

Essentially I just apply for all the credit cards I can, then get cash advances? I get about 10 credit card application a month so I suppose that shouldn't be too hard. What kinds of fees/interest am I looking at?

Of course all of those applications you're getting assume that you are employed; you probably won't get any new cards unless you have excellent credit or lie. If your limit is $600 on the card you have now, your credit (or debt:income) is not at the point where you will get any cards that using a cash advance would be advisable. What is your score? You are probably looking at something like 20+% for cash advances + a 3% (capped at a certain dollar amount, maybe $75) transaction fee.
