I'd RR PF most of the time.

c/c flop is fine if villain is active. First, you let him cbet bluff; Second, if your flop bet gets raised now you have to make a tough decision with 2 streets til showdown (and he could be raising with a 9/overpair/draw/etc

I'd probably lead most turns in this spot after c/c'ing the flop. If you get raised here, you're usually beat.
